GPCTool

GPCTool is a WSH script to check Group Policy settings. On Windows XP Home, even though the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) isn't included, the registry settings are still valid. Viruses, spyware, and hackers can take advantage of these settings to impede cleanup. Among others, the SmitFraud-C trojan is well known for disabling the Display Control Panel.

I plan on publishing more info on this program, but in the meantime, try the beta.
